Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the designs for the specified project only. Designs may not be reproduced, modified, or used for other projects without written consent.

5.3 Portfolio Usage

We reserve the right to photograph completed projects and use images for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Pricing and Payment
